Delete Your Account

You can delete your Supaflash account at any time directly from within the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

⚠️ This action is permanent
Deleting your account is irreversible. All your data — including your decks, streaks, XP, and subscription history — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
How to Delete Your Account

Open Supaflash on your device.

Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll down and tap Settings.

Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is handled as described below. Deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation.

Account & email address Deleted Immediately
Streaks & XP history Deleted Immediately
Downloaded catalog decks Deleted Immediately
AI-generated decks & games Deleted Immediately
Subscription & purchase records Retained Up to 90 days (required by Apple/Google for dispute resolution)
Anonymized analytics data Retained Retained in anonymized, non-identifiable form
Active Pro Subscription
Deleting your Supaflash account does not automatically cancel your Pro subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Supaflash → Cancel
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Supaflash → Cancel
