The App
Description of Service
Supaflash is a mobile application that provides flash card-based learning through a curated deck catalog, AI-powered deck and game generation (SupaAI), and gamified study sessions including SupaRun. Core features including browsing the catalog and studying downloaded decks are available to all users. Creating an account unlocks additional features including SupaAI generation, progress syncing, XP tracking, and streaks.
Accounts
User Accounts
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
AI Features
SupaAI — AI-Generated Content
Supaflash offers AI-powered flash card and SupaRun game generation through SupaAI features including Ask SupaAI, Paste Notes, PDF upload, and Word document upload. By using these features you agree to the following:
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated flash cards and games before relying on them for academic, professional, or any other purpose.
Do not submit personal, sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or legally privileged information through SupaAI features.
Do not submit content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights, including copyrighted material you do not have the right to use.
SupaAI is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or academic advice.
Free accounts receive a limited number of AI generations. Additional generations require a Supaflash Pro subscription or watching a rewarded ad.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to SupaAI features for any user who misuses them or submits content that violates these terms.
Rules
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the app or its backend services
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to circumvent AI usage limits or other app mechanics through technical means
Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content through any SupaAI feature
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Use the app for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
Content
Catalog Content
Supaflash provides a curated catalog of flash card decks for educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure catalog content is accurate and appropriate. We reserve the right to update, change, or remove any catalog content at any time without notice.
Flash cards and SupaRun games generated by SupaAI are created on your behalf and stored in your personal library. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriate use of AI-generated content.
Purchases
In-App Purchases
Supaflash offers optional in-app purchases including Supaflash Pro. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
XP, streaks, streak shields, and other in-app progress or virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, features included with purchases, or discontinue in-app purchases at any time.
Warranty
Disclaimer of Warranties
Supaflash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on AI-generated flash card or game content.
Updates
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Jurisdiction
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
